We operate a sourcing service where by we work very closely with each of our investors in order to source the very best opportunity. We carry out stringent searches using all the tools we have developed in order to be able to unearth some of the best opportunities. We are not a scatter gun approach consultancy, we work in a very direct and precise way sourcing to order on a retained basis.
Capital Funding
BAX Property Group works in a selection of ways with our investors, from property sourcing, providing a return on capital funding and also joint venture opportunities. Depending on the individual opportunity we are flexible yet robust in our approach.
Joint Venture (JV)
As we have numerous opportunities
presented to us weekly by our network and direct from estate agents before they hit the market, we are exposed to opportunities that we joint venture with some of our investors where they wish to have a completely hands of approach. Find out more here.
