Carl is the founder of Bax Property Group, a property sourcing investment and development business.

Carl started of in property in 2008 with hands on experience within building and renovation with also having experience in lettings of residential and HMO's and all the regulations including article 4 restrictions and also Service Accommodation.

We source investment properties within our niche, with equity gains built into the negotiated purchase price and build in more with refurbishments. The areas we focus on are associated good rents, strong occupancy levels and strong capital growth.

Our expert due-diligence approach encompassed with our years of knowledge and network capacity means we are very well placed to present the very best investment opportunities to our members.

Being adaptable and pro-active we have been successful in even the toughest of market conditions. Sourcing investment property in our areas is tough, but we manage it through good relationships, business systems and lots of consistent hard work!
