The Process
Start of the Service
To begin the service with BAX Property Group, you'll need to make an initial retainer fee deposit of £2,500 + VAT. This enables us to spend the time on sourcing your ideal property ivesment based on the criteria from our discovery call with you.
Source & Secure
Once we have sourced the perfect investment within the timeframe given, we will crunch the numbers, package the deal and provide you with all the information. This deal is not sent to any other investor, only you.
Sales Progression
Once you are happy to proceed, you will need to settle the outstanding sourcing fees (Less the £2,500 + VAT already paid) and we will lead on with the sales progression. This will involve chasing updates from solicitors and brokers to ensure the process keeps moving along smoothly. We provide ongoing support throughout the whole buying process.
Cashflowing
Once you are in possesion of the keys, we can give guidance and recommend local trades people to carry out refurbishments. Speak to us about our project management service should you require this support. Upon this being completed, we can help to source tenants for the property by referring to local trusted agents. Making you a return as soon as possible.
